A little help getting 95 LT1 to pass smog with AIR?

My mechanic "forgot" to put the secondary AIR system back into my car after the rebuild. The car runs well, but I will never get it past the California Smog inspection. I found an AIR pump with the fat rubber hoses attached. Do you know the size of the three bolts that attach the pump? I'm having trouble finding the rest of the HW to connect the system. Any links for the remaining parts? Thanks.

There are three bolts that have a 10mm head and they are fine thread. I don't have the specifics.

Do you still have the AIR diverter valves on the exhaust manifolds?

Thanks for the info on the bolts

Cool.

I have shortie headers, so I don't have any of the original HW there. The headers are CARB stamped, I think that means they are compliant with California SMOG rules which means they should have all the connections for the smog equipment.

Any tips on where I can get the metal plumbing that connects the AIR pump to the headers?

Pick-Your-Part wrecking yards. There is one in Wilmington, Ca which is south of you. You can call and see if they refer to one closer to your area.

The Air Diverter Valve is a black saucer-like device. - get from the yard or order from a dealer.

The metal stems from the headers to the Air Diverter Valves may be available from your header manufacturer... mine came with extensions. The dealer may have them but I'm not sure if they'll match up to the headers.

There are 2 rubber elbows, one for each side of the engine. Those can be obtained from a dealer or a wrecking yard.

Thanks. There is a pick a part about 30 miles from me. Mr Shoebox has some nice info on line.
