my 93 z28 is making this crazy sound it only happen's when im goin 40-50mph. It acts every hesitant to move like if its not gettin that much gas. I changed the fuel filter if thats any help. also the car starts kinda hard at time's what can that be. Thanks for all the help

 

If you can hook up a fuel pressure gauge and run it through the hood by the wipers and take it for test drive you can prove or rule out the fuel being your problem.

 

Could you possibly describe what you mean by "crazy sound"? Do you mean its misfiring.... backfiring.... knocking.... ????? Without pinning it down a little more precisely, I don't think anyone can help you.

 

its like a knocking noise you can say. But more like a ticking noise
