94 T/A 6sp 120k miles
Will be tearing into this thing again shortly to replace the opti, plugs/wires/ o2 sensors and A/C components.

What else would be required to go ahead and put in a new timing chain set?

Gaskets:
Water Pump
Timing Cover
Water Pump Seal
Oil Pan Gasket (if your are not careful)

Coolant or save what you drain... I'd recommend draining the plugs from the block to so nothing spills on the opti during the transition.
