I want opinion on a new setup :

As i don't have all the money i want i will do things one after another but i don't want to see a lost at any change. I plan to :

1) buy LE2 heads (not LE1 because i guess someday i will want a bigger cam) and use them on my actual setup with my hotcam + 1.6RR + Gmpp springs.

Will i see a benefit of this change alone, and if yes how much Hp ? the car will be tuned

2) when i will recover on some money , i beleive I will have to buy 30 lbs injectors and also 58 TB to have all the potential of the setup (+ another tune). I will go 58 because of the possible future cam change. what hp can i hope with this ?

3) make a cam change (maybe LE2 cam, i don't know yet) + springs


Every opinion is welcome. I would really love having an opinion on what can i expect with LE2 heads + hotcam so i won't go in a wrong way and see an important HP decrease will waiting for the others changes

 

You will see a big gain going from your current stock heads & hot cam set-up to the LE2 heads alone......No one can give you an "exact" HP answer for all the other little changes inbetween , but the LE2 heads alone could give you as much as 40-60HP over what your getting now with your stock heads & hot cam set-up.........and the 30LB injectors and the 58mm throttlebody will complement the rest of that (tuned) future set-up perfectly........Joe

 

I didn't expect such a good answer ) if someone can agree with you, i guess i will consider my LE2 head buy sooner than I expected.
