Thermostat

I own a 94 Z28 i'm about to put a 383 stroker in it. I was wondering which thermostat would be the best for this setup? The 160 or the 180 thermostat?
Any help would be great!

Mind you this is my usual uneducated response---but I believe the 160 stat (fans programed) would keep you from running too hot. JMHO

Hypertech 160 degree Thermostat from Summit....$18 + shipping. I got mine the next day after I ordered it.
