Hard to start
Hard to start
This is something I have dealt with for a year, just wanting some input.
My car always starts. This is not a battery or alt problem.
When the car is cold (like cold outside below 70) it usually fires first thing. If its warmed up or temps outside are warmer I have to crack the throttle a tiny bit and then it fires right up.
I have drilled the little hole between the throttle blades several times now at I know its getting rather large because the IAC takes a sec to bring the idle down when its cold out.
My thoughts.
Still choking, needs more air?
Fuel related, I have 36# set to @ 39.x
Nature of the beast? The motor has a lot of compression. 13:1+ Maybe its just harder to turn over warm because the pistons/rings are expanded.
I am on my factory starter, maybe an lt4 with a bit more oomph would help?
