This is becoming frustrating...

So I got my new motor, and everything is done but there is no fuel pressure. It cranks over fine, and there is 12 volts at the fuel pump relay, but when I turn the key 3/4 of the way, it doesnt click on nor when I press the valve on the intake, fuel doesnt come out.

I am beginning to think its a VATS problem. Any ideas?

 

If VATS was shutting it down it would not let the engine crank.
