Is this possible? How diffcult? Im asking becuase id like to have a flashable computer to use say lt1 edit. would it be worth the switch? also i beleive i have a quad driver failure so its my understand i may need a new computer anyways? Thanks

as far as swaping out ECMs its to much work, you have to get a new harness for everything, 94 and newer is mass air flow and SFI everything is diffrent and nothing matches up inside or out, you would need to rewire everything, thats why I went with a DFI system so I dont have to deal with burning chips but at a huge cost,

the QDM code check your fuses a lot of times the air pump locks up and pops a fuse. that will set a QDM code.

 

A QDM code does not mean you need a new computer. It's often just the AIR pump, as already suggested.
