Primary Drive Failure - Lost Everything

Well, I started with a clean PC yesterday.

Experienced a drive failure, and unfortunetly lost it all.

I had sooo many bookmarks releating to Camaro and Blazer stuff that was sitting in the background waiting to be looked at and used - all gone.
I suppose I won't miss some of them, until I want to look something up.

I could use a link to Twitch's site - motersports something or other.......

See what I mean? I don't know the names because I always just clicked a bookmark or link.

if you have another drive, load an OS on that... and just set the drive you think is fried to slave and you may be able to get some data off it...

Its defiantely worth a try tho

Jeff is right, then just grab your bookmark file and your good to go. Worth the time as it sounds like you had a lot of stuff on there.

Re: Primary Drive Failure - Lost Everything

Not worth trying - the drive won't spin up.

I tried everything to make it spin, even giving it taps with a stick to bump it.

I opened it up to see if I could get it to spin with a help from my hand.

No go.

Dead as dead can be.
