yep, bypass the vats or get a new key.

mine did that too, but the symptoms began to increase. for a while, i could leave the windows down and climb through them and the car would start, but that didn't last long before the system just took a **** on itself.

if you're security light came on, its the vats, as far as i know. just bypass it or determine if its just the key.
