i will be dricing around wnd when i go into nutral (m6) the rpms will stay at 2000 rpms and even if i was crusing in like 4rth at 1500 sometimes they will jump to 2000 when i go to nutral to stop or something.... and it will stay up there till i go to a complete stop or shove her in 6th to bring the rpms down... now it doesnt do this all the time by no means but like once it starts it wont stop for a while... then it will stop then start back up... it is not a vacum leak because we have checked for it and we have also done the manifold leak repair and replaced the tubeing yet it still does it... any ideas thanks... my pcm is tuned by PCMFORLESS and some guy said it may be a tuning thing but i dont know

Did you clean your TB recently? My rpms will hang after a TB cleaning; dab a little oil where the butterfly rod enters the housing body.

Check and or replace adjust throttle cable..and possibly iac is dirty or faulty maybe..Sounds more like a cable problem to me though.
