Whats the most horsepower that you guys have heard of comming from the stock block?

NA:
there was a guy on here with ported afr 195's and custom cam (done by thunderracing.com) put down 452rwhp

i dont know about nitrous or FI.

there should be alot more people putting down 400+rwhp with stock displacement IMO...

I've heard of people blowing and spraying, with a pretty hot cam putting down over 1000

With a blower or a turbo, 1000 hp on a stock LT1 block is not out of the question. Not common, but definately possible.

George Baxter and Madman were making over 1100hp if i remember correctly.

there is also a guy here making 9xxrwhp with a TT setup street car.
