Weird rpo code

i have a 1993 and i saw the code m30, which is for a 4l60e?

Maybe a late year 1993 that got the 4l60E (electronic) instead of the 4l60 (non-electronic)?

Not really weird at all. GM has been using M30 as an auto tranny RPO code for many years.

but i decoded my vin and i get the LT1 code, eventhough i have the L32 rpo?

So, you are getting the L32 code from your RPO sticker in the glovebox and does it have the same VIN on it that is on the dash? Maybe you have an LT1 transplant.
