Arrow Shop is having trouble with oil leaking on my opti need help.

Well got the new opti in and waterpump wow these parts aren't cheap. Anyway they said they had it all back together and they replaced a seal b/c we believe the oil leak is prolly what made my old opti go bad and it still leaked oil so now they're taking it back apart to fix it any ideas on this?? it is leaking right on top of my opti not sure what seal they replaced though

There are three pressed in seals on the front cover. They are prone to leakage with age or if they are not carefully installed. From my experience the WP seal is the most delicate and easily damaged.

Yeah, it's probably the water pump drive seal in the timing cover. You have to be careful not to tear out the inside of it when you install it. It helps to stretch it out so it will slip onto the shaft. Greasing around the hole helps too.
I placed the cone shaped cap from a tube of RTV over the end of the shaft and that helped the seal slide onto the shaft without tearing it.
