Electric Cut Out with borla exhaust?

Electric Cut Out with borla exhaust?
I have a borla exhaust. If I get the system for my borla wll it be useless to buy a cutout for my I pipe (between my borla catback and cats). Does the borla act as a cutout? Thanks for info.
