Well I re assembled the reverse part of the transmission and if I put it in gear the reverse gear (with the transmission case still off) It catches in gear and when i start wiggling the gear for a bit back and forth it will pop out of the syncromesh and I have to lift up on the shifting rod all over again. Is there a detent on the shifter rod or something to keep it in gear?
