Distance between ground and quarter panel

I'm starting to think that my car was lowered an inch or so.....whenever I see stock F-Bodies, they seem to sit higher than my car does. Can anyone give me a measurement from the ground to the top of the wheel well? I have stock 16x8 salad shooters with 245/50/16 tires. Thanks!

Sorry I cant measure since I have 17's but before I lowered mine, I thought the same thing as you and it turns out my shocks were toasted which let the car sit lower. I replaced the shocks and immediatly saw the differece and went inside and ordered a pro-kit. Just something to think about if your shocks have a few miles on them.

Ok on my passenger side front is about 26 3/4", pass. rear is 26", drivers side front is about 27 1/2" and the rear is 27 1/2". Why the passenger side is lower, more so on the rear I dont know.
