why is my pm box full

i dont have any messages in my pm box, but i still get emails saying somene pm 'd me and my box is full. whats the deal

mines doing the same thing now... and yes i searched and no im not seeing the sticky regarding this topic lol

The sticky in this forum says to search this forum or the FAQ. Try searching the FAQ, it is in there.
