What's My Time/Horsepower Subforum?

Mite be a good Subforum for General F-Body Discussion. Because now they just get posted all over the place.

Or have a thread where people post their times/horsepower/torque results with the mods they have. So people could use this thread to get a better idea on their own. I've seen it on other forums and it really helps.

Great jobs with the forums guys. Keep up the good work.

It would keep these kind of pointless threads out of the way of real threads, if that's what you were getting at.

It could even almost be like a game. People could go to the forum, post there mods, and people could take a guess at the time before they go to the track.

It could even start as a sticky or something, then move into a subforum if the idea ever got big enough.

Just a thought.

Rather than a forum, I think it would be cool if it were done more like a database, along the lines of what they have at LS1Tech.

I'd even be willing to contribute to the development of such a thing.

I asked Jason about that before, but he said he was working on something else.

They have a Database over at LS1Tech, but I think the Mod Thread (everyone posts there current mods and HP/Time, or HP/Time after certain upgrades) gets used more than the database.

Yeah, he alludes to his "something else" once in a while. I get the impression that it's going to be pretty cool.

Maybe when he finishes that project, we can talk him into adding this one to his never-ending to-do list. I'm sure his wife will be happy with us.
