Why is there 12 subforums for the 2010-2011 camaro?

IMO it is for the same reason Ford and Toyota dealerships were putting new Camaros on their front lawns. The 5th gen is one of the "it" cars of the moment, and catering to that crowd draws more traffic to the site.
Eventually I foresee the subforums being absorbed into a few main ones(or replaced by those for the 6th gen). It isn't like it is completely out of line anyway. You may not love the car but it is still a Camaro and this is a Camaro website even if it leans toward the LT1 crowd.

And agree, the 5th gen is the buzz right now. Dont feel overshadowed by her just because shes newer. Just like the ls1 guys thought they were the ****, now you'll have the 5th gen crowd, who'll likely be twice as bad as the "my ls1 is better than your lt1" guys. Evolution is good, embrace it, doesnt mean 4th gens are dead by any means. Lt1 had a great run, ls1's came along and had thier spotlight, and now the ls based engines are leaping ahead of the competition. Its kinda the same thing, its the hot new thing. Let it be, it'll die down eventually.
