This board runs off PHP

As far as what the PHP button does...I don't know! Never messed with it.

 

PHP is the programming language that this board uses to communicate with it's database backend. It is kinda complecated to write, but almost every site that is powered by a database backend runs off PHP now. It is much better than the non-database based UBB that uses a flat file system and Perl script.
