User CP problems

I can't access my profile or any options. It says I don't have permission to access it. Its my own CP, why can't I get into it?

I had a Zaino detailing thing in there, but it's gone now. If that was a problem, I apologize. But it won't be a problem anymore.

But I still don't have access to it.......
