There's some crap on the sidebar that I never look at... but other than that it doesn't look any different to me (Chrome with no particular add-ons)

Ditto. nothing different from my end, and that's the same config I use.

I did the logout thing and yes it's a lot worse if you're not logged in.

'Thursday 10 purchase feeble cable access show, and exploit it.' Gee, I feel sorry for whoever THAT is.

Re: and so it begins!

If they would fix the darn double log in issue it would not be nearly as bad. Ironically today it took one try, but that happens once in 200 log ins I bet.

I have not experienced this problem, ever, and I use IE9 and Chrome. Are you positive it isn't a cookie/browser/cache issue?

Re: and so it begins!

Guess you could call it "karma."

You weren't willing to pay the $9.99/year before, so now you're getting more ads, etc.

You brought this upon yourselves. Hope you enjoy the consequences of your own actions.

My suggestion to the new owners of this board: People who aren't willing to become premium members should continue to have free access and respond to any and all posts. However, they should be limited to the amount of threads they can initiate - maybe 2 or 3 per month?

Believe it or not, I have this issue on multiple computers, running the three main browsers. I had a thread on it 6 months to a year ago, this even happens on android devices if I am not mistaken.

I don't see how it can happen to me on ALL these different devices/browsers, yet some people it does not occur to at all. Maybe it is only certain users?

No, we're getting more ads because a new company took over the website, not because we don't have enough premium members, we didn't have this issue a couple of weeks ago. If the rules change to your standards this place would go downhill real quick, limiting starting new threads based on premium memberships? Get real. I was a premium member for 4+ years and i had to stop due to some unfairness and unnecessary bannage of a few members. Also as far as premium memberships go, the funds no longer go to Jason and Chris, they go to the new company as stated in a different thread:

If you want to contribute and throw away cash to a company that will just continue adding advertisements then go right ahead sir

Re: and so it begins!

I noticed that yesterday there were ads in the threads between posts, not there today.
