Premium Member PM storage Limit Reduced
I waited a while to post this, since the board was just looking for things to complain about and I didn't want to add fuel to that fire.
We paying members are supposed to be able to store 250 PMs. That's what it said when I payed, and what it still says today.
On Feb 24th, I tried to send a PM, but the board told me I couldn't since I was over my allowable limit. That limit has been reduced to only 100 now. I had to delete 100+ PMs that I wanted to keep, just to regain access to the PM feature.
Why the change? Is it that expensive to store an extra 150 PMs?
Anybody else notice this?

I am a currently paid premium member!!
Now that I checked, I see that IB actually took my money twice for this. The first payment (Jan 7) was sent to the link provided to me by the board in an email or IM (forget which), but that one initially resulted in a non-collected transaction. When I asked about it you (maybe Jason but I think it was you - that was probably one of the PMs I had to delete) directed me to use the direct link from here instead. So, I made another payment, on Jan 22. Now, checking my paypal, I see that BOTH transactions have been completed! So not only should my status still be Premium, but I'm apparently owed a refund on the 2nd payment, since the first DID work eventually.
Proof with the transaction ID's from my transaction history so you can verify for yourself:

I'm sorry to say that I never received the refund. I believe that you informed Internet Brands of the error, and I appreciate that, but evidently they are not going to correct the double payment issue. I finally had to submit a dispute to Paypal for one of the payments, before my ability to do so expires.
