Question

Can you post a screen shot? Also, what operating system and browser do you use? Does this happen on all forums or just this one?

What's your screen resolution? The site is set to automatically resize pictures to a reasonable size, but if your screen resolution is too small, they'll still be too big. If this is the case, there should at least be a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of your browser window that lets you scroll to the right to see the rest of the pictures.

You should upgrade to Firefox. Netscape 7 is extremely old. This will probably fix your problem.

the only time there is a horizontal scroll bar is when there is only text, when there are pics with or without text there is no scroll bar

Firefox. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Download and install that, and then ditch Netscape forever. You'll be glad you did.

For e-mail, use Thunderbird. From the makers of Firefox.
