A new Sticky Thread idea...
A new Sticky Thread idea...
I think you should make a sticky thread, maybe in the "General LS1 Tech" or something, that lists some informative "How-To" sites that detail how to change plugs and DIY mods and what not. You could do the same for all Gens. I don't know if you must take into account the sites having to sponsor Camaross.com but I still think it's a good idea, so it MUST be!
THANKS GUYS...KEEP IT UP!!!

Things like spark plug and wire changes have multiple threads that already cover those issues. A few seconds with the search button will turn up many many threads that touch on those topics and all the other routine maintenance issues on these cars for all generations.
I just figured it would cut down on the never-ending posts of people looking for those common things and not being able to find them or not searching in the right places so they just make another post about it. When you type in "spark plug change" or "spark plug", it comes up with 38 pages of threads with those words in them. That just isn't very convenient in my opinion and I thought that was the purpose of the interent. Oh well...
That's a great idea, it has been done before when possible. There's a lot of good sites out there for that sort of thing.
How about you start a new thread in the General F-Body Tech forum asking people to submit their links?

It was the first place I looked when I wanted information today. Then I searched for it, and when it came up with 300 useless threads, I posted a new thread to get the information. So I know of at LEAST 1 situation where that would've been helpful. I guess I misunderstood the word "Suggestions" in the title of this section. WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!
BTW JasonD...That's a good idea, I guess someone can make it a "Sticky" Thread if they want after that. Thanks.
