I am getting this error all over the place...
Warning: Too many connections in /home/admin/www/forums/admin/db_mysql.php on line 40

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

I get it maybe every 2-3 times I click on a link, to a forum or jsut to post, I jsut assumed at first it was that thing where 2 people post at the same time but I get it all over the place not sure what is going on jsut a heads up?
P.S. can we lower the spam filter
