How do you post attachments or images?

How do you post attachments or images?
Why cant I post up attachments? Do I have to be a special member or something? Heres what it says at the bottom about everything I can and cannot do. You may post new threads You may post replies You may not post attachments You may edit your posts vB code is On Smilies are On [IMG] code is On HTML code is Off Can anyone help me?

So if you want to put in, say, the Google logo, you'd type:
[IMG]http://www.google.com/intl/en/images/logo.gif[/IMG]
Which would give you:

An easier way is to just click the yellow image button (
) and paste in the URL in the box that comes up.

Are the little buttons up above the text box supposed to work when you click on them. I cant select text size, color, attach image, or anything on that panel. I dont have a site that i can host the images, but I would like to attach them directly to my post. Maybe its my browser? Firefox? I cant even select a similie from the similies area. Eric

I guess its my firefox browser
Java is enabled, but Im not able to do anything but type in my text. I tried it on IE and it works fine. Go figure?!?! Thanks for your help guys. Eric
