Cars/Patrs for Sale

Why does the Cars/Parts for Sale section say NO UNPAID ADVERTISING ALLOWED? Seems like no one there pays to advertise their parts.

There is a difference between someone selling a few spare parts from their car, and someone trying to make a living selling parts on this board.
