can you really do only 3 coats of Zaino per day with ZFX? or can you do more?

The magical 3 coat limitation doesn't make sense to me. So if I do three coats in two hours it's the same as doing 3 coats in 24 hours? If coat #1 and #2 cure quickly enough for me to do coat #3 after only 1.5 hours of the first coat's application, then what's the magical chemical barrier that makes the fourth coat hands off for another 22 hours?
