Zfx?

I will be getting some Zaino in the near future. Just doing a little homework right now. I have read the website and a lot of the posts here. Everyone is clear about only needing Z-1 for the initial coat and then again every 8 to 10 coats. I am not real clear if this procedure applies to the ZFX also. From what I have read, I am led to believe that the first batch of ZFX will pretty much yield 2 to 3 coats of wax. My question is, do you need to mix ZFX with the Z-2/Z-5 everytime you wax, or can you just use the Z-2/Z-5 without it until roughly six months go by? TIA.

If you plan to use the ZFX you do NOT need the Z-1 at all. Use at least the first application, twice a year or every 10 coats or whenever quicker drying time is needed or you want to do multiple coats. You can use it more often if you wish to get the benefits from the ZFX. I use the ZFX every time I apply a coat.

Mix up ONLY what you have time to apply.

Cool

Kevin is right on.

You only need Z1 or ZFX, not both. If you go with ZFX, you must use it on the first coat(s). Then you can either use plain ole Z2 or Z5 with or without ZFX thereafter. Like Kevin said, you will still need to use the ZFX once every 8-10 coats though..... I use it with every coat because of how well it works!

Thanks guys, I appreciate the responses. That is what I thought. I guess I should have specified that I needed ZFX or Z-1, not both. I kinda thought it went without saying, sorry for that confusion.

I always use it because I like to slap at least two coats on in a day when I do it.
