Post Zaino and cold weather.

I've never applied Zaino in real cold conditions, but I would be waxing in around 30 degrees and it drops to almost 20 at night. How long do I let Z2/Z5 set for?

That is what is great about Zaino, I assume you are working on the car in a garage, you can leave the polish on for 24 hrs, a week, or whatever, it will still rub off just as easy.

I've applied Zaino in the mid 30's, it just takes longer to dry, but you can still just do the finger swipe test to check if it is dry or not.

KevinSS explains it much better than me but you take your finger and swipe a small spot, if the polish comes off clean it is dry, if it smears slightly it is still drying.
