Would this work?(touch up/buffing question)

I was thinking of touching up some scratches with touchup paint, and maybe hitting it with a orbital buffer and swirl/scratch remover.

You guys think it might help in making it look better?

I guess that all depends on how good you are at applying touch up paint!

Do not expect the swirl remover to remove excess touch it up paint, swirls removers are too mild for that. Best bet is to wet sand a touched up area then use some fine cut rubbing compound over that and then the swirl remover.......
