Will this scratch my car?

Well ive got some of the Mothers Spray Detail and Shine stuff and it works real good on the car whenever i use it. Well i just washed my car yesterday and ive got some tire shine spin-off on my rear panel and some brake dust on my wheels and i was wondering if i could just spray it on there and then just wipe it off with a cloth or something without the particles or something scratching it. I know paint can scratch very easily and s*** so i was just wondering if this is safe to do and if the brake dust and small dirt will scratch the paint if i do this b/c my paint is in like perfect condition.

I wouldn't use it on brake dust, but you can use it to remove the tire shine spin-off.

use a good clean rag and the spray detail to get off the tire shine. It won't hurt the paint.
As for the brake dust, use an old crappy rag, maybe one used to change the oil, and just wipe up the brake dust. Don't even waist your spray detail on that.
