the roof of my 94 polo green camaro has developed white spots that look like round scratches. they are very small and random, the size of a nail head, i've tried paint cleaner and all kind of other products to remove them with no success. is it possible that the clear coat is starting to pit? it has not affected the shine which is very good, don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

 

why doesn't anyone answer? this section is suppose to help people with similar problems. i don't understand!
