wax buildup and marks help

My car has alot of black marks and spots where wax is dried in the scratches and i tried washing with dish soap to remove old wax but it didnt help. Also i removed the door moldings and it looks alot better but there is alot of residue that i cant get off. Any help for any of these problems would be greatly appreciated. I wish i could afford to have my car repainted but thats out of the question.

Goof Off or Goo Gone to remove the two sided tape residue and try a 3M Wax remover solvent to clean out the old wax and black marks.

clay barring removes crud from the paint/clearcoat that handwashing most likely cant get.

It worked wonders for me especially on the parts of the car right by a wheel, where dirt and mud get splashed up.
