Question water marks?

I have water marks on my plasic shield covering my gauges. I tried vinegar and two different types of window cleaner and it didnt work. It looks as if the previous owneer wiped it with like armor all or something but it is quite annoying to see streak marks when you look at the gauges. Any ideas! Thanx.

A good plastic cleaner or polish should take it right out since they contain light abrasives. The major plastic cleaner/polishes are Zaino, Meguiar's and 3M. I saw some Meguiar's plastic polish/cleaner when I was at NAPA the other day, might give that a try if you don't want to mail order Zaino. Some carry 3M as well, varies by store...
