To use car cover or not.

I just wanted to get some feedback. I was considering buying a car cover to throw over the car during the day, since I'm in Florida (sun). The car has new paint, white with the black top and regular Zaino user. I was wondering if the day to day pulling of it on and off and bouncing around from wind and rain would buff the Zaino off or even scratch it. Plus all the road dust or sand on the car when the cover is put on. Anyone had bad luck doing this or is it better to just trust the Zaino to protect from the sun.

Thou Shalt not use a cover. Someone I know used a car cover on her Z06, one morning she pulled the cover off only to find a Civic sitting there, gggrr...
Seriously, though I'd be worried about dirt scratching the paint (if used regular.

<serious mode on>
My dad has a canopy over his 1975 vette, you could do that. That's getting the sun protection and partial rain protection without having to worry about scratches, and it be easily if your car if its a daily driver.

It seems that driving it (bugs, dirt, road debris, old ladies with walkers) does more damage to the paint than the sun.

You do not EVER cover a dirty or dusty car, it must be completely clean before covering.
