Arrow For those looking for the proper wash mitt....

After searching online for the classic and true 100% cotton Viking that we love and miss, here you go...

http://www.yosteveshop.homestead.com/mitts.html

IMO, the price seems a bit high, but I guess that's because of the limited supply of these things nowadays. Anyhow, I'll know where to go when I need more of these items...

Napa carries 100% cotton wash mitts too now. I tried one out and it works great.

Thanks Mike!

I'll be needing some next year for sure.

I actually bought a bunch of those at the most unlikely (for around here) place, K-Mart. They normally have the 2nd rate ones, so I never look there. But my wife drug me there for household items, so boredom took over and I took a look and whoa! Thems the real thing.

Bought all they had (6).

Couldn't believe my luck.

Jeff

Thumbs up

Wow, nice find! I never visit Kmart around here, but it's probably too late now anyhow. Some people have all the luck...

Better check your mitt! The AutoZone supply is not the true 100% cotton now, but a blend, at least at most stores. They discontinued carrying the real thing to cater to the el cheapo market with lower quality product. If you have the package or visit them again soon, look for the logo on the front. It's supposed to show a white cotton logo that looks like a cotton bowl at the lower left. The other version has some bubbles surrounded by a triangle if I remember correctly...and it's not the real deal unfortunately. If your AutoZone carries the true cotton mitt with the cotton logo, you better buy them all quick!
