The front end of my car has a lot of paint that is chipped or spidering... The rest of my car has some nicks here and there I want to get it painted but I dont want to paint the whole car will a body shop be able to paint the nicked up areas and spidered areas and match it with the rest of my car. Thanks.

 

They should be able to at least get the bumper with out a problem, some shops dont like to do touch ups cause it can be hard to blend the paint in. A good shop will do it though, but the price may be a little steep.
