reasonible selling price??
hey guys, im getting ready to sell my car and was wanting some opinons on how it would sell at 9500 dollars, not for sure if this is the right forum for this, but ill give it a shot! this is a description:
1995 dark metalic green trans am 6 speed, 65,000 miles, completly loaded excluding a 10 disc changer, and factory alarm, the previous owner installed a high quality python alarm though. the interior is in perfect condition, no visible wear, except very very small gray line on driver side seat, only thing wrong with the interior is there is one blown speaker, and the ring around the shifter boot is broken, on the outside, the front nose piece has a two inch rip in it, not hardly noticable even upclose, and some spider cracks, the rear bumper has one area of spider cracks, but no major damage, the car runs great and has no engine problems or oil leaks, and looks extremly good! i am the second owner, and have had the car for under a year, it has never been wrekced, but slid into a field once (which caused spider cracks)
if you dont think it would sell for that, please give me a price i should even start at, i payed just under 13000 for this car in may of last year, with alot less miles...
*just incase there is any confusion, i am in no way trying to use this post to sell the car, i am just wanting some helpful responses on the right price, thanks inadvance

Just to give you an idea I sold my 94z28 for 9000 in October.
The car was an a4 with 39000 miles. It was flawless and had all the bolt ons and the hot cam kit. It had an ultraz hood, ss spoiler, ss wheels. It looked better than brand new.
good luck selling it. I think you would get around maybe 7500.

well if your really selling it i am interested. pardonme27@yahoo.com
That seems a little over priced, but if its super clean with no rust (originally from down south or something) you might do well with it. F-bodys still go for descent money in New england if they are clean, cause by 10 years old our cars are getting rusty... Just a thought...
Good luck
Good luck
aggiez28 no disrespect at all, but you dint see this car before i purchased it, i would not even come close to saying i got raped in the *** with that price!! the car was completly flawless, no, it was not moddied, but also i knew it hadnt had the **** drove out of it! i was looking for a good reliable car, that i knew i wouldnt have trouble with and that wasnt leaking oil,( like all the other ones i looked at with more miles, but some price) it wasnt drove for four years, and kept in the garage with a cover over it, only to be removed to go to car shows during that time, never drove in the rain, never drove in the snow, only on sunny days! yes you might say "how do you know that the previous owner isnt just bs-ing you" well the guy was in his early 30's and had four other vehicles, and lived by him self, i dont know why he would chose to take an f body out in the snow when he has two 4x4's setting at home!
but to the rest, thanks for your help, i dint think i would get 9500 out of it, but that was where i was thinking about starting, i figured i would come down to at least 9000, possible even lower, and i really wish i lived where you guys do, you cant find deals like that anywhere around here, you see stock lt1 camaros selling for 5000 with over 100,000 miles on them...

i think illinois is pretty cheap for f-bodies, personally. just in the last week alone i have seen 3 with less than 50,000 miles on them for 7,500$ or less. i just bought not even 3 months ago my camaro z28 with 50,000 miles on it for 6,500$. if you interest at selling at like 6,500 - 7,000$ price range please email me i will come out there ASAP i am really in need of a car here.
