Angry "spider web" cracks on bumper

Somebody scraped my car and now I have slight cracks on my rear bumper. They're not that noticeable now, but can I expect them to get worse? Is there anything I can do to help it? Thanks. I wish I know who did this!!!!!

From what I understand there is nothing you can do. That is the paint cracking because the plastic behind it was flexed.

They will worsen over time, but at least its plastic and wont rust. Mine are only visable in bright sunlight at a very certain angle. But it still hurts cause i'm a perfectionist and I SEE THEM.

He is correct, once you have cracked paint and/or plastic,, it will never go away until you have it repaired and repainted. Nothing will cover it up, nothing will remove it, not even sanding. Time for a repaint....
