Angry something i noticed today on my spoiler.

First, my car is a pewter type color. I was washing the car today and while i was drying the spoiler i noticed something wrong with the paint/clear coat. It was kind of cloudy, but when the sun came out if you look at the car a certain angle you will see these oval/circle shaped spots. It is shaped sort of like an amoeba, but you can only see the outline of them. Does anybody know what they are or how they got there? What can i do to fix this?

Sounds like water spot etching to me. Even if the water spot is gone, the outline can remain as an etched spot in the paint. You have several options to remove it: a clay bar, a paint cleaner like Meguiar's Cleaner, or an abrasive swirl remover like 3M #39009 SMR. If one method doesn't work, move on to another. I'd start with the paint cleaner or swirl remover first...or if you have a clean clay bar handy, try that before you buy anything.
