Whats the best way to fix scratches im very close to buying a car but it has alot of scratches can a body shop do it without rpainting the whole car or is there something i can do.

 

It depends on how bad the scratches are. If they are merely scratches in the clear coat, a light buffing will likely remove all of them. If they are into the paint of the car, there's very little that can be easily done by someone inexperienced. It would take some touching up followed by buffing to blend the area.

 

They go down to the primer because they arent still red and there not rusted
