Removing White Paint spilled on seats/seat belt lock

There's white paint on my gray seat in my 94 z28. Its exterior touch up body paint that comes in those little bottles you can get at walmart (Plasticote) It spilled. How do I get it out?

Being dried paint, it is going to be very hard to remove. You might try a product called Goof Off.
