Removing Another Car's Paint

My car and another had an altercation today and I have white paint all over the front of my bumper from where we collided. Is there any way to safely remove all of the white paint without removing any of mine?

Thanks.

if you have any experince with a wheel you should be able to wheel it out with a mild rubbing compound

Try polish first and see if that works, if not then go a fine cut cleaner. If THAT doesn't work, then use a rubbing compound. Don't go any coarse than you have to.

....this can all be done by hand too.
