My girlfriend's sister-in-law backed her mini-van into one of those yellow parking barriers at her apartment complex. She now has yellow paint deposited on her bumper (plastic type bumper). What would be the quickest/easiest way for her to remove it? She asked me, and I wasn't really sure what would remove paint.

 

I'd try a claybar first.

 

I'd give the clay bar a try, but if that doesn't work, I've used '3M Finesse-It' to remove marks.

 

WD-40 works pretty well for removing scuff marks i would try that
