What you are talking about is a detailer spray, for instance this product in the Zaino lineup is Z-6 which costs 9.95, in the Meguiars line up they have Quick Detailer and Final Inspection, in the Mothers line up it is Showtime spray. BUT, none of these products are supposed to replace hand washing. If you want a el-cheapo deal, take a couple cap fulls of car wash and put in 16 to 20 oz of water.

The best thing to do is wash your car like you normally would with soap and water then go over the whole car with the Quick Detalier. Makes a crazy shine

By using the spot detailer after washing? Not sure about the other brands, but Zaino's detailer actually removes static and "repels" dust. Works great!
