Question about Zaino
I was having some paint and body work done to my car and when I went to pick it up the side the shop wasn't even supposed to touch was all hazed over and felt like there was no clear coat. They insisted they did nothing and then it wasn't until I went and complained to the manager that they told me since it had polish on it that when they baked it that sometimes happens, does anybody know if this is true?
That begs the question, why where they polishing the side they where not supposed to touch?? I have never heard of anyone putting a car in a baking booth with polish still on the paint?
Sounds like you basically got screwed, could it be over spray on the rough side you are seeing and feeling?

I tried arguing with them about why that side of the car was even washed. They insist even though I have pictures of my car in a show that either it was the polish reacting to the heat or it was already that way. I saw where there was still overspray and it was different. I originally thought they sanded it and a friend thought maybe a rubbing compound. They got some of their polish and it seemed to help. Hopefully they will do the job right this time and it will be better. They are going to hand polish the entire car and as soon as I get it I'm going home and washing and zainoing the entire thing. I will even clay bar what they didn't paint if there is still any roughness.
