This can be easily fixed by the dent doctor AKA known as paintless dent removal guys. As long as the paint is not messed up they push the dent out from inside the door using long handle pry bars. Dealers use them constantly, you can either look in the yellow pages for Dent Docter, Dent Wizard, or Paintless dent removl or call a dealership and ask them who is their paintless dent remover guy. Cost would be about 25 to 40 bucks where I live.

Are we talking about a 4th gen F body, I thought the doors where metal but I do not have an F body so others will have to respond to this. Just stick a magnet on the door and see if it sticks.

There are suction devices to remove dents from non metal surfaces, don't go by what the dealers say, get the yellow pages and call a dent wizard place and see what they say.

Sorry, but composite panels won't respond to metal working dent repair techniques. Unlike metal, which stretches when struck hard enough to dent or crease, composites fracture. They cannot be "bent" back into shape. In fact trying to do so will only increase the damage.

Since the 4th gen panels are not entirely plastic, heat will not work either. Heat will work to a degree on the bumper covers, but that's it.

Depending on where the crease is (paint color match and blending will be needed) it should not cost more than $500 to fix it at a good body shop.

sorry.
